Isaac’s passion for advertising and real estate lead him to one place, the Out of Home Advertising Industry. He has been in the business for over 10+ years, launching his career at Lamar Advertising. When Isaac first started working, his love for the industry grew and he knew he had a future here. He would then work during the day and went to college at night.

During his time at Lamar, Isaac has negotiated and closed over 300 new billboard locations throughout the New York City Metro area. He has also worked closely with the NYC Department of Buildings & Landmarks Preservation Commission in an effort to obtain new permits and legalize non-comforming exciting billboard structures.

After his time at Lamar (NASDAQ: LAMR), Isaac further broadened his experience where he built a private Out of Home company with a portfolio of signage from the ground up, he launched and oversaw all operations and managed the sales team. Isaac has grew his connections with strong relationships with some of the largest advertising agencies across the country.

Today, Isaac is President and Founder of Seven Outdoor. An Out of Home Advertising company operating media facings across the U.S. He continues his passion to bring the best media formats to the Out of Home industry and prides himself on making sure his clients are taken care of and provided with professional executions and memorable advertising campaigns.

Isaac currently resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife and young son. Isaac graduated from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
